The Home Search

As a 23 year resident of the Coachella Valley and veteran real estate agent I pride myself in knowing the area backward and forward. Also as an avid golfer

I have played all 150 courses in the area and can help you find the perfect course or country club for your lifestyle and golf game. I have enjoyed guiding many Canadian buyers to their dream homes over the past 12 years and consider each and everyone of them dear friends for life. I am there for you to answer any questions that may arise and guide you through the buying process.

By starting the search process online it can make it much easier to narrow down the perfect property and also streamline the physical looking process. I also always recommend consulting your own accountant and or attorney in Canada for legal and financial information

The Offer, Acceptance, Escrow & Closing

Once you have identified a property that you would like to make an offer on the first step is to make an offer with the California Residential Purchase agreement. As a service to my non local clients I offer Digital ink signatures through Docu sign. this can speed up the process and make it much easier to complete the mountain of paperwork required. In most real estate transactions in our area it is usually common to out down a 3 % good faith deposit, and most escrows close in 30-60 days. Once the offer is presented we would expect to get a response with in 1 to 3 days. At that point you will either get an acceptance, a counter offer or a rejection. Most likely a counter offer will occur.

Once you have agreed upon a sales price with the seller and have a signed contract, an escrow will be opened.
